  • CAN I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?
    We handle customized orders, feel free to contact us and we'll gladly assist. You can change the stones, sizes, and gold Color (Rose/Yellow/White). Send us a personal message and we'll provide the details. We always try to do the best and answer any request.
  • WILL MY ITEMS BE GIFT-WRAPPED?
    Each item is being shipped in a gift box. if you need it wrapped, let us know when you place the order and we'll make sure to wrap it as a gift. If you have Gift message Let Us know.
  • SIZING DETAILS
    As each item is handmade, size can be specified during the time that you place your order. We do not charge extra for sizes.
  • HOW DO I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?
    The best thing would be to go to a store next to you, and ask them to check your size. It is very easy for jewelry stores to find out the right size.
  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES?
    We’re doing our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. The processing time is between 7-14 business days. However, it may vary and might take a bit longer for custom orders and special request. We will keep you posted if there's any delay. As for shipping - we use DHL delivery services, often we use the express delivery (free of charge), door-to-door, insured, of course. So that shouldn't take long. When ordering, Please specific your cell phone number.( Its Use only by the Courier. )
  • IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER?
    All of our packages have a tracking number, which will be sent to you Immediately when we’ll ship your package. You can always see it again in your order information. Use the number to track your order. Please contact us if you have any difficulties with tracking your order. We will happily send you the right tracking link or check if there’s any problems with the package delivery.
  • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In each country the tax payment is different
  • PAYING METHOD - CAN I USE PAYPAL WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
    The answer is yes. Note that we do recommend creating a Paypal account for a faster and easier checkout, but you can actually pay with your credit card through paypal, just like in any online purchase. It is also possible to pay by credit card
  • Returns & exchanges ?
    I gladly accept returns and cancellations Contact me within: 5 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Items on sale
